Our stunning Penthouse floor has a total size of approx. 320 sqm and covers the full 2nd floor. Two huge suites with spectacular ocean view allow a family of 4 to have their own completely private area with all advantages the attached hotel offers with its infrastructure. A private staircase leads to the Penthouse from the back of the building and gives easy access to the swimming pool.
Offering the Penthouse Floor as two separate Penthouse Premier rooms has been very popular as it also makes this accommodation available to couples as well as larger groups.
The Penthouse Executive room is the larger of the two units. It bears comparison with the finest accommodation on the south-west coast, offering huge accommodation, a full range of facilities and great panoramic views. It is separated from the Penthouse Premier unit by a divider to ensure good levels of privacy and has its own entrance. A large veranda spreads out with confidence and offers a big dining table, large outdoor fridge and bar area, and outdoor furniture with chairs as well as sunbeds.
The Penthouse Executive room is a luxurious size. It is equipped with a four-poster king-size bed and a comfortable sitting area, actually big enough to accommodate one or even two children. There is also room for an extra single bed. It also has two air-conditioning units, ceiling fan, minibar, electronic safe, a smart TV with an excellent range of channels (including all sports channels), writing desk, wardrobes, Bluetooth speaker etc. There is a dressing area with large wardrobes. The architecture is contemporary with polished titanium floor. The bathroom is very spacious. Additionally to the shower, the Penthouse Executive room provides a free standing bath tub, of course with sea view.
The total size of the Penthouse Floor is 320 sqm with the Penthouse Executive room plus its veranda making up about 200 sqm.
